Adobe did a killer job and added Camera profiles beta for LR 2.0. Now you can simulate nikon camera profiles inside the Develop panel of LightRoom.

My verdict. LR is very very very close the NX profiles. This is a boon for someone like me who uses LR for most post processing but is very unhappy that the default profile is not close to NX. NX is going to get used less and less from now on – which is a very good thing :)
